3, 2, 1 …. Launch… Launch into aviation for fun with your students as they use paper, scissors, markers, and tapes to creative a their own rockets. Check out the preview images.

This packet included everything you need to be ready to build PCV Rocket Launchers for use with your students AND a Student Rocket Builder Guide. Student action sheet can be printed, laminated, and used for repeative builds. Students can BUILD the Rocket Launchers themselves ONCE the PVC pieces have been prepared.

This is a HOW TO GUIDE with teacher prep and student guide sheets only. It does NOT include the supplies or materials needed to build the actual rocket launcher or rockets. Teacher guide provides guidence of supply needed, building instructions, and Math-Science curriculum connections.

Activity Cost: Consumbable materials per student rocket is less than 25c. Supplies to build 1 Stomp Rocket Launcher from local hardware is approximately $20. There is NO specialized equipment needed to build launcher or rockets. Rockets can be launched INDOORS in a variety of spaces or rooms.

This activity typically takes a few days to complete. Given age and skill abilities of students, the rocket making and launching activity could each take only 1 day. Prep of the Rocket Launchers should only take a day or two depending on how many launchers are being prepped and assembled.
