3D Model Maker: Diggin’ Deep in the Soil is an engaging and educational activity designed to teach students about the layers of soil in a hands-on and interactive way. This activity involves creating a three-dimensional model of soil layers using paper foldables.

Students start by assembling the paper foldables provided in the resource, which represent the different layers of soil: topsoil, subsoil, and bedrock. Each layer is color-coded and labeled for easy identification.

This activity also include different version of the model maker 3 page set so that the teacher can provided guided and less guided options for different learning and knowledge levels. Each student only needs 3 pages (1 of each panel 1, 2, and 3).
